General Exterior Maintenance Clean

 

This is your standard regular clean. Glass, frame, sills and doors all get a clean. These prices are for monthly/every six weeks.

  • 1 Bedroom House £12-£18

  • 2-3 Bedroom House £20-£24

  • 4-5 Bedroom House £25-£35

  • Bungalows £12-£28 (Dependent on size and amount of windows)

  • Houses larger or not listed please get in contact for a quote

  • Conservatories Start from £35

First Clean charge:

If the condition of your windows are poor or very dirty, there may be an extra charge. This only applies to the first clean, every clean after will be charged at normal rates. The price of a 1st clean charge is between £10-£20 extra, dependent on the size of property or amount of windows.

*Please note*

If you have french pane style windows there may be an increase in price due to the added time needed to clean the multiple small panes of glass.

One-off Cleans

One-Off cleans range from £30-£70 dependent on the size of property. Please contact for more information.​

Internal Cleaning

  • 1 Bedroom House £25

  • 2-3 Bedroom House £35-£37

  • 4-5 bedroom House £40-£45

  • Bungalow Dependant on size  £20-£35
